Earning with Paid to Click (PTC) and Paid to Read (PTR) sites

If you've been earning online, then you have probably heard of PTC and PTR. Some PTC sites advertised to another PTC don’t exist anymore
Some PTC would stop their operation no matter how much clicks you have made to their paid-to-click advertisements without paying your click works. If lucky, they will be back later and pay you, or will just pay you half of how much you really earned
Some PTC claimed they are hacked, and therefore had to stop their operation, leaving their users unpaid
